COCORO-KAY is a brand without borders: the same principle, wherever you are.

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49).

We immediately refund everything you paid, shipping included. If you paid by card, we notify the card issuer so the charge is not made or is reversed (Decree 7.962/2013, art. 5).

To cancel, use the same channel you bought through: write to support@coconet-us.net with your order number. We confirm that we received your request.

Exchanges and defects

Wrong size: exchanging is simple — contact customer service before sending the piece back.

Defective product: you choose an exchange, a price reduction or a refund, within the periods of the Consumer Code (arts. 18 and 26).

Delivery

The delivery date and cost are shown before payment, calculated for your address. Once shipped, you receive the tracking code.

Gifts can be delivered straight to the person receiving them.

Payment and price

Pix or card, in a single payment. The price shown is the full upfront price; delivery costs appear separately, before you pay.

We use no countdown timers, no fake scarcity and no permanent “was/now” prices. The price is the price.

Privacy and personal data

We collect only what is needed to deliver your order, issue the invoice and serve you: name, ID number, address, email and phone (LGPD, art. 9).

You can ask at any time to access, correct, port or delete your data by writing to support@coconet-us.net (LGPD, art. 18).

We use no advertising cookies and build no behavioural profiles — of anyone, and least of all of children and teenagers.

Our store platform and our payment provider may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards the LGPD requires.

Invoice

Every order has an electronic invoice (NF-e). Once authorised, the XML file and DANFE are emailed to you and are available under “My orders”.
